How to make chocolate truffles
Use SK Ganache Mix to make mouth-watering home-made truffles the easy way.
Make the mix according to the instructions on the packet then add 50g (1¾oz) butter, cut into small cubes, and stir until melted. Leave in the fridge overnight to set then roll into balls and coat in SK Dark Belgian Couverture Chocolate and/or SK Extra Brute Cocoa Powder as desired.
