This high-quality coating is easy to use and doesn’t require tempering – just melt and use!
To cover cake pops, melt the coating in a small bowl so it is quite deep, hold the cake pop upside down by the stick and dip the cake ball in to cover it. Gently shake off the surplus, insert the stick into a foam block and leave to set.
SK Easy Melt Choc Coating can also be used with moulds for making homemade chocolates and Easter eggs the easy way.
