In this class, Ximena will show you how to make a cute baby in a peapod – a perfect decoration for a christening celebration cake. |

She has taken several different courses at Squires Kitchen’s International School and a three-year sugarcraft diploma course at Brooklands College. Claire’s patience and wide teaching experience is particularly suited to beginners. Claire works in the Squires Kitchen shop on Fridays as a demonstrator and is a specialist in wired flowers. |
