Here at Squires Kitchen, we
believe in giving you the choice of how you would like your order delivered. We
regularly review both the UK
and international shipping options that we offer and, where possible, aim to
provide several options for delivery.

We aim to dispatch your
order within 2 working days. Please note that all quoted delivery times are in
addition to the time we take to dispatch your order. If any of your items are
out of stock, we aim to let you know within the dispatch time. Delivery times
are based on the carrier's quoted service and may vary.
Courier: Next working day delivery (same working day dispatch if you place your order before 12pm; working days are Monday to Friday).
First Class: 2-5 working
days
Second Class: 3-7 working
days
Please note that courier deliveries to UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland destinations cannot be guaranteed to arrive the next day and may take two days. Other deliveries to those destinations will be dispatched with Royal Mail, which usually takes 3-7 working days.
International Delivery
All international deliveries
are charged at cost price based on the weight of the goods ordered. To find out
the cost of your delivery, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket,
proceed to the checkout and view the delivery charges (you will not be charged
until you submit your card details). Please note that heavy items may increase
the cost of overseas deliveries significantly.

Local Laws
and Exceptions
If you are ordering from outside the UK please note
that, in some cases, some goods may not be purchased in certain countries under
local laws or due to licensing rights and that you are responsible for
compliance with local laws.
We regret that we are unable to ship flammable products (for example, Wilton sprays, glaze cleaner or gold and silver paints) abroad via airmail due to health and safety reasons. If you are ordering these items from abroad, you will need to select the Interlink courier as this service travels by road. If this shipping option is not available, we will remove these items from your order.
Reporting an Order as
Missing
In the unlikely event of your parcel
being lost by the postal provider, as the sender we will be responsible for
making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once
the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days for Royal Mail UK
deliveries, 28 working days for Royal Mail international deliveries), we can
process a replacement or refund immediately.
If a parcel is sent on a courier
delivery service (UK Mail, UPS or Interlink) we should get a much quicker and
detailed response from the courier.
If you believe your order
has been lost and 15 days (UK) or 28 days (international) have passed, please

Our Returns Policy
- Due to health and
hygiene requirements and in the best interest of all our customers, we
regret that we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods,
opened or unopened. The only exception is where goods are faulty or we
have substituted edible products and you are not happy with the
substitutions.
- You may return any
non-edible product to us within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Please advise us as soon as possible within this period which products you
are returning and quote your order number. Please return goods with the
original packaging.
- We are unable to
exchange or accept return of fragile edible goods which have been damaged
in transit. The fragility of such goods is noted in their description and
shipped at the customer’s risk.
- Unless the goods being
returned are faulty or unsuitable substitutions, you must cover the cost
of returning the goods to us. We will refund you the cost of any goods you
wish to return (excluding original delivery charge).
- You must take reasonable
care to ensure that any goods being returned are received by the Squires
Group and are not damaged in transit. Should you fail to do this, or send
them at our cost, you will be charged with the cost of the return.
- The
Squires Group will cover the cost of any faulty goods being returned within six
months of delivery.
