• I can't find an item, does this mean you don’t stock it?
  If you cannot find an item online, you can call our Customer Services Department on 0845 61 71 810 where our staff will be able to assist you.
• How long does delivery take?
  We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, normally within 2 working days. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that all quoted delivery times are in addition to the time we take to dispatch your order.
• How long will delivery take to countries abroad?
  This depends on the destination and delivery method. An estimated time will be provided when selecting from the available methods for your country.
• Do you offer a courier service?
  Yes, we do offer a courier service. If placed before 12 and courier service is selected, we aim to dipatch your order the sameday.  
• If an item is out of stock do you send it on or do I have to re-order?
  You will need to re-order but you may check availability by calling 0845 61 71 810
• I’ve forgotten my password to the site, what do I do?
  Please click on Login at the top of the your screen and follow the instructions. If you cannot remember your username then please contact us - click here.
• Can I change/add more than one delivery address on site?
  Yes - you can add, remove and change as many delivery addresses as you like by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of your screen.
• How much are the cake tins to hire?
  Cake tin hire is a collect only service.
  We offer a variety of shaped tins, including a full range of numbers: £2.50 for a 3 day hire, we also require a £10 deposit.

• How much are the cake stands to hire?
  Cake stand hire is a collect only service. Cake stands can be collected on a Thursday or Friday and then returned on Monday. 
  2 Tier: £11.50 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £70 deposit
  3 Tier: £15.00 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £70 deposit
  4 Tier: £20.00 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £70 deposit
  6 Tier: £30.00 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £70.00 deposit (Mini cake stand)
  Round and Square Base Stands: £5.00 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £40.00 deposit
  Cake Knives: £5.00 for a 4-5 day hire, we also require a £60.00 deposit

• I run a business and would like to buy larger quantities of your products. Do you offer trade discount?
  Yes - we offer a trade discount to shop owners. We also offer a standard quantity discount to those running a cake decorating business from home. For more information and to receive an application form please call on 0845 61 71 810.
