Join UK Master Chocolatier Mark in Banbury, Oxford for this professional three-day course to learn everything from making a chocolate wedding cake all the way through to decorating it.
You will learn new and contemporary techniques with Mark, who will show you how to make chocolate sponge cakes, chocolate fillings, how to use syrup alcohol flavouring, and even the science behind working with chocolate.
Mark will teach you about storing chocolate, shelf life and planning guidelines for making professional chocolate cakes, making this an essential course to attend whether you are making cakes for a business, or for friends and family.
But it’s not all work – you will also have the opportunity to make taste comparisons of cake fillings, ganache and various grades of chocolate.
