You will make delicious chocolate cupcakes decorated with mini chocolate eggs, piped butterflies and pretty piped flowers.

Whether you make cakes professionally or for friends and family, this course will guide you through all aspects of making a wedding cake from the initial design, through to the final assembly.
Paddi will work with you to design your own individual tiered sugarpasted cake of your choice with a colour coordinated wired spray of Calla Lilies, jasmine and foliage.
You will learn a variety of techniques to decorate the top and sides of the cake, with skills that include appliqué, piping, embroidery, and moulds.
This course will give you the confidence to create your very own wedding cakes. Some previous experience in cake decorating would be an advantage. Early booking is advisable!

Join Mark Tilling, the UK Chocolate Master 2006- 2009, on one of our new and very exciting courses.
Learn how to make beautiful chocolate decorations for Easter which could be given as gifts, or just kept for yourself!
Mark will give you a brief history of chocolate and the transition from bean to bar. You will then get to work piping chocolate eggs, moulding Cocoform into bunnies and flowers, and producing chocolate cups (made using balloons!) to use for Easter desserts. Mark will also show you how to make a 50g chocolate bar and solid chocolate eggs, and you will learn how to make and decorate mini Easter eggs.

Join UK Master Chocolatier Mark in Banbury, Oxford for this professional three-day course to learn everything from making a chocolate wedding cake all the way through to decorating it.
You will learn new and contemporary techniques with Mark, who will show you how to make chocolate sponge cakes, chocolate fillings, how to use syrup alcohol flavouring, and even the science behind working with chocolate.
Mark will teach you about storing chocolate, shelf life and planning guidelines for making professional chocolate cakes, making this an essential course to attend whether you are making cakes for a business, or for friends and family.
But it’s not all work – you will also have the opportunity to make taste comparisons of cake fillings, ganache and various grades of chocolate.
The techniques covered include:
