Choose a mixture for your cupcakes. Wright's Baking mixes are so simple to use, requiring only the addition of water and oil to produce moist, tender eating cupcake. A 500g mix will make 24 cupcakes, perfect for your pandas. Alternatively, use the recipe provided to make your own cupcake mixture.

You'll need one pack of white sugarpaste and one pack of brown sugarpaste to cover the cupcakes and make the Panda's features (this will be enough to cover 12 cupcakes). Use the circle cutter to provide neat white circles to place on top of your cupcakes. Use the plunger tool with the sugarpaste to create the eyes and ears. Use edible glue to fix the eyes and ears to the cupcake.
