Create a truly stunning centrepiece that is sure to wow your guests using this croquembouche set from Alan Silverwood. A croquembouche (crunch in the mouth) is a traditional French dessert of choux buns stuck together with caramel or spun sugar to form a conical shape.
The set is made up of a base, flexible cone and cap. Place the cone over the base and top with the cap for the traditional shape, then build the choux buns up around the outside of the cone. For smaller desserts the cone can be inverted and the buns placed inside it.
