This perforated non stick baking tray has been designed to easily bake baguettes at home. The smooth wave design allows you to bake up to 3 baguettes at once without fear of the dough sticking together.

The perforations allow moisture to escape and warm air to circulate enabling a desirably crispy crust.

The non stock coating allows for easy removal once baked and the tray is easy to clean in warm soapy water. To keep the tray in good condition it is recommended to dry it in a warm oven to remove any moisture after cleaning.

Usage instructions
  1. Wash with a cotton cloth or a soft sponge before use
  2. Place your baguette dough onto the tray and bake as per your recipe
  3. We recommend drying in a warm oven to remove any moisture and keep the tray in good condition
  4. Be careful not to scratch or damage the surface with sharp objects
