Use this Culpitt metallic modelling paste to create impressive sugar craft designs. This paste sets hard so is excellent for modelling and is very easy to work with by hand or using tools and equipment. Once you've modelled your chosen design, leave the modelling paste to set for at least 48 hours to ensure a strong bonding and lasting finish.

Preparing the paste: The cocoa butter in the this modelling paste needs to be warmed by kneading to bring it to a workable consistency. The best way to do this is to cut the paste into small pieces and knead each of them separately, as you knead the paste will go from hard to dry and crumbly and then to soft and malleable. Combine the small pieces when they are warm

Sugar ; glucose syrup ; cocoa butter ; rice starch ; Colours: E171, E102, E133 ; Stabiliser: E414, E415.

E102: May have an effect on attention and activity in children.

ALLERGY ADVICE: May contain traces of nuts, milk and soya.
