Magic Sparkles are edible sprinkles that are great for decorating dry food such as cakes, pastries, donuts, chocolates, confectionery, biscuits and cupcakes.
Magic Sparkles will stick to fresh icing, however if you need to make them stick to your designs, apply a bit of edible to glue to the surface and let it go tacky before applying the Magic Sparkles. Try sprinkling onto cakes and bakes or using a stencil to make decorative patterns.
They are un-flavoured so won't affect the taste of your bakes and conform to EU directives for use in foodstuff so you can ensure that your creations are both beautiful and safe to eat.
Magic Sparkles are commonly used on cakes which have been iced with fondant icing or royal icing, but should only be used on surfaces that hold a very small amount of moisture.
