ProGel® concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are the new standard for food colouration. This handy set of six tubes is perfect for stocking up on the PASTEL colours: Lilac, Baby Pink, Peach, Lemon, Mint Green and Baby Blue.

Highly concentrated, only the smallest amount of ProGel® is required to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that the tubes last a long, long time!

Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in. Presented in a compact, easy to use tube (25g) that allows clean handling and storage of the coloured gel.

Humectant: E422; Water; Modified starch (Tapioca); COLOURS: Lilac: E122, E133; Baby Pink: E129, E122, E124; Peach: E110, E124; Lemon: E102; Mint Green: E102, E133; Baby Blue: E133.

  1. Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved
  2. For every 1kg of cake and decoration, you should not use more than 3g of ProGel. More can be used in a specific area, as long as less is used elsewhere and the average is not exceeded.
