Renshaw Extra Ready to Roll Icing is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic making it perfect for decorating cakes hotter weather and more humid climates.
The extra elasticity allows the icing to stretch over large or sharp edged cakes without the risk of tearing as well as making covering shaped and sculpted cakes easier.

I love this icing as it is easy to use and stretches better over the now popular taller cakes. Little harder to knead but worth it. I do find cutting out shapes is a little more tricky as it's more elastic than the normal renshaws icing. Over all it's my go to icing.
