Ideal for adding decorative colour to your chocolate work and for making your own transfer sheets, they come in 8 stunning colours for beautiful chocolates; Red, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Green, Purple, Blue and White.

Each in a handy 18g re-useable heatproof glass jar.

SK Cocol colourings are versatile and easy to use, making it simple to transform your hand-crafted chocolates. Simply heat gently in the microwave to melt the colours and shake or stir well before use. The bright colours work best when used with white chocolate, producing a vibrant and eye-catching effect. The silver and gold colours give a dramatic effect when brushed or spattered onto milk or dark chocolate. The white colour is particularly useful for mixing with the colours to produce opaque colours. All colours are fully intermixable. All Squires Kitchen’s Cocol colours are suitable for use with an airbrush.

Usage instructions:

  • Remove the lid and microwave on full power until the contents have melted fully. Remove from the microwave, replace the lid and shake at regular intervals to ensure even temperature distribution. Do not over heat.
  • Alternatively, melt the Cocol by placing the bottle in warm water
  • Shake contents and brush or airbrush a thin layer of melted Cocol into a chocolate mould or onto an acetate sheet before filling or covering with tempered chocolate.
  • Or simply mix the colours into tempered white chocolate for an easy way to add colour.
