I tried this icing sugar for the first time this week. Wow!! The buttercream is SO MUCH better than usual. So smooth, and really delicious, you would think it was a meringue buttercream. None of the usual grittiness. I am really pleased and will definitely be continuing to use this one.

Finally I have found a decent icing sugar. I was always using a particular brand and it is so bad. Buttercream was always so grainy no mater how I mixed it. I received a free sample of SK corn flour free and it has given me the smoothest buttercream ever. Slightly more expensive but I think it is definitely worth it for my business. Will be buying in the future.
Oh, Thank you so much Squires Kitchen!!! My expertise is Royal Icing. I have spent the last few years battling to find a strong icing sugar for run-out work without the addition of cornflour, which as you know, has natural fat in it! I cannot believe that this sugar has taken me back to my training days, when you knew a run-out would dry with a natural sheen and no sinkage. Squires, you are a stress saver at least, a life saver on a bad day!
