Active dry yeast and instant active yeast both help leaven bread and provide a light texture, they do so in slightly different ways but there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while SK Natural Instant Active dried yeast can be mixed straight into dry ingredients.
With this rapid rise yeast, you can skip the first rise of the dough and shape the loaves right after kneading. This type of yeast is great for quick baking projects and cuts out the added time it takes for multiple rises.

Ordered but so far have not had the opportunity to use as my puppy got the parcel and destroyed it. I rang this company and told a very nice lady what had happened. I would recommend this company as the lady in question was sympathetic and has taken my order and promptly dispatched another. I think this co. has excellent customer service skills, was nice for a change to have a good customer experience.
