Simply pipe the mixture into your chosen shapes, from nests and kisses to stars and swirls, then get creative with toppings and presentation. Sandwich meringue kisses together with fresh cream or buttercream, crumble them into desserts or dip them in chocolate.

The mix is available in five natural flavours: Coffee, Vanilla, Lemon, Raspberry and Strawberry.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture
Usage instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 100˚C (200˚F/gas mark low) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Sift the contents of the packet into the bowl of an electric stand mixer. Add 115ml (4fl oz) of water, at room temperature, and stir gently to mix.
  3. Using the balloon whisk attachment, whisk the mixture on high speed for 5–6 minutes until it is glossy, has increased in volume and holds a stiff peak.
  4. Spoon or pipe the meringue mixture into your chosen shapes.
  5. Bake the meringues for approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on size, then set them aside to cool.
  6. Once cooled, store the meringues in an airtight container for up to 14 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  7. Makes approximately 50 4cm (1½”) diameter meringues or 8–10 meringue nests

I ordered strawberry, raspberry and lemon to date I have only used the lemon. It was FANTASTIC. Can’t recommend it highly enough lots of tiny crunchy outside meringues which were slightly chewy in the centre, just as I like them. I still have some in an airtight container am trying hard not to eat one 3ams I walk past. No yolks to dispose of either.
