Squires Kitchen Professional Dust Food Colours (also known as powdered food colours) are fine, edible powders. Brush them onto dry sugar flowers and leaves to create a realistic look or mix them into melted white chocolate, macaroon mixes and cake mixes for colourful chocolates and bakes. Dust food colours can also be used with or without stencils to create soft backgrounds and mixed with clear alcohol or cooled, boiled water to create a watercolour-effect paint.
