Storage instructions
Unmixed: Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Mixed: Wipe away any residue from the sides of the bowl, then double wrap the bowl with cling film or store in an airtight container. Refrigerate and use within 1 week. Always re-beat before use.
Usage instructions
  1. Sift 500g into a mixing bowl and add 75ml of cooled, boiled water
  2. Mix at a low speed for approximately 5 minutes in an electric mixer (not a food processor) until light and fluffy, or beat with a wooden spoon for approximately 10 minutes
  3. The correct consistency has been reached when the icing becomes whiter and will stand in soft peaks
  4. Mixed icing can be kept for short periods in a bowl covered with a clean, damp cloth
  5. TOP TIP: When coating a cake, add 1tsp of glycerine per 500g of icing for a softer royal icing that is easier to eat

I regularly buy this royal icing sugar. It is very easy to use, reliable and brilliant quality.Itis super fine, I never sift it and never have any issues with lumps. I would highly recommend this product.

User friendly. Just adding water and mix it. Really save time for preparing icing cookie, royal icing cake... will buy it again and again.

'I use this to attach heavy sugar paste roses and flowers to my cakes. It's never failed, I normally transport my cakes ready assembled and this royal icing has never let me down. I also use it for piping pearls and for cookie run outs, best royal icing there is.
