I have ordered a fair amount if all different products and have been very pleased with everything I have purchased. All icing I have ordered always has a long still by date so if I order too much it never matters
I am fairly new to cake making and decorating I started after attending a short course with my daughter and I now make celebration cakes for grandchildren and friends special birthdays and seem to be having lots of success
As an experienced sugar florist this is a paste that I absolutely love and I have used for many years and a definite go-to when I need to.make realistic flowers and decorations. It has the ability to hold shape to petals, leaves etc, its pliability is second to none, the texture allows it to be rolled extremely thin and easy to create realistic veining and texture on all types of flowers without tearing. It's a great flower paste for beginners and experienced artists. It does have a tendency to dry fairly quick, which is not necessarily a bad thing but you made need to adjust during warmer weather by using a tiny amount of white fat on your fingers before rolling out.
Rolls out super thin so I can make very realistic looking flowers and when dry the flowers are very light weight. Love working with it!
A great really-made florist paste so I don't need to waste time for preparing the gum paste myself. You can make thin and perfect flower
The paste was a revelation as i have never used flower paste or made roses before.. Easy to use and set beautifully. I made roses in several different shades of paste to complement a birthday cake for my mum’s 90th.
